Maize Sheller
Strips the kernels from maize that has been dried on the cob.
The first steps: freeing the seed from stalks, straw, awns, stones and foreign grains, then calibrating it by size.
8machines

Strips the kernels from maize that has been dried on the cob.

5–25 t/h capacity
Removes coarse impurities such as stalks, straw and ears, and gives the product a first grading.

Grades seed into large and medium, flat and round fractions.

15–25 t/h capacity
Threshes wheat, barley and oat seed out of the ear, strips the awns and separates small seeds that have clumped together.

Cleans small, shrivelled and foreign grains out of the seed.

Removes the hairs from tomato seed and breaks off the stems attached to seeds such as parsley.

Draws off dust and low-density particles such as bran. Reduces sieve clogging and keeps the line running at high capacity without interruption.

Separates stones, metal and other high-density impurities from the seed, protecting the machines downstream from wear and damage.

Separates unwanted round and long particles from the seed.

Removes empty and underdeveloped seeds, as well as impurities of the same size but a different specific weight.

Spot detection down to 0.04 mm
Detects particles that don't match the programmed colour and shape profile and rejects them electronically.
Machines that protect the seed, film-coat, encrust and pellet it for sowing.
1machines

10–50 kg per batch
Treats seed with liquid chemicals and coating material, or pellets it — enlarging the seed so it is easier to sow.

Brings seed down to a safe storage moisture.

Dries de-husked maize cobs at harvest moisture with very low energy use. Chamber volume is sized for 40–70 tonnes of cobs per hour.
Belt, screw and bucket systems that move the product horizontally and vertically along the line.
4machines

Moves cobs and seed horizontally or on a slight incline. Built in three types: sliding, trough and sorting belt.

Moves powder, granular and solid products inside a closed body; saves space in tight layouts and inclined runs.

Lifts grained, free-flowing products vertically without bruising the grain. Sized to the product and the required capacity.

Carries sensitive products both vertically and horizontally on one run. Available in Z or C shapes, so the route can follow the building.

Square or circular steel silos for holding processed seed. Built from 1.5 × 1.5 m up to 4 × 4 m in the capacity required.

4–6 bags per minute
Fills seed into bags or sacks of different weights, automatically and accurately.
Jet filter and cyclone systems that collect dust and clean the air of the line.
1machines

5,000–100,000 m³/h
The jet filter solves dust problems with efficient extraction; the cyclone removes dust and similar contaminants with an air stream.
